    Hi,

    I’m trying to do a “Create Data” and specify a data type of an Account[] (account list). I’m getting an Exception when doing it.

    Hi,

    To Investigate the issue further, we require your primary log file details.
    You will get the details here : C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerLogsPrimary.log
    Also, Can you confirm if you are working on one of your clusters, and if you are hitting a load balancer? If so, then you would not be able to edit anything in Decisions; it needs to be an endpoint.

    Hi,
    can you go into your settings.xml file? This can be found in Program Files - Decisions - Decisions Services Manager.
    Open this file (in Notepad++ for example) and find a tag called FullTextSearch. On that tag, please change Enabled to Disabled (e.g. FullTextSearch-Disabled-FullTextSearch) and save. After saving, please restart Service Host Manager.
