Binding list of 'Account' datatypes to a dropdown

You can create a Flow Structure with a field to store the merge an accounts last name, first name and a field for its account ID. The flow then fetches all accounts and loops through to create the flow structure type and maps that into the dropdown list in the form and then fetches the account afterwards based on the account ID.
