Disable Assignment Popups

To disable these popups, select the assigned form in the flow designer, and click "edit" next to Assignment Setup. Scroll down a bit and there will be a dropdown under "Automatically Show If Assigned" Select Never and Done.

If you want to disable them system-wide, you can do so from the studio: system/administration/Notifications/Default Notifications - edit notify to assigned and set popup to false. This will remove all popups from ALL assignments on the server. You can also specify specific accounts if needed.
