Cannot Select Form Component as Data Flow Input

Hello,
I am building a form that has a data flow but when I try to map the input of the data flow to my form component I am not able to select it. Could you let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hello,
Can you verify that you do not have the Not Used Outcome Scenarios checkbox marked? Marking that will prevent you from selecting that form component.
