Is it possible to have a user action only show up when a record is at a specific state? For example, I would like to make my “View Doc” user action only visible to users when the record has a state of “Complete”? It is possible to create visibility rules like this with user actions?

This can be done by navigating to the configuration folder containing your user action. Right click the user action flow, go to [b]Manage > Define Valid States[/b]. Now enter the necessary state(s).
