I have added a custom Email Template at System → Designers → Email Templates. But my Assignment emails are still getting sent with the default Template.
Please help.

[font=verdana, sans-serif]Youll need to change the default Template used for Assignments notification emails. This can be done through System → Administration → Notification → Default Notifications → right-click [Notification]Notify To Assigned and select Edit → select your Custom Template in Email Template.[/font]

This will ensure Assignment emails are sent to your users with your custom Template.[/font]
