Using a form component to populate other component

Hello All,
I am trying to populate a form based on the selection from a radio button. I have two options from the radio button list, and depending on the choice and the user input, fill in other textboxes based on specific fields from the entity. Is there a way I can do this in Decisions?

It’s possible for us to use a data flow to handle filling in the input, based on the currently selected radio button and user input. Both items will be passed to the data flow, where we can configure the logic to return the required fields from the entity.

To map a component as an input to the data flow, edit the data flow. Under Flow Inputs, click the pencil icon, switch the input type to “Form Component” and then choose the correct component based on its name.

On the component, under Data Name, select “Pick from Data” and choose the correct output.
