TIFF Files Automatically Download

Hello Decisions,
I am trying to display tiff files on a document viewer, but everytime I hit the form in my flow my tiff file gets downloaded automatically? Is there a way to view them using a document viewer without this happening?0 -
Hi,
TIFF images aren’t supported by our document viewer, but we can use our Convert Image to PDF step to convert your tiff file to a PDF type and then use that output in your Document Viewer form. You can locate this step by navigating to Data>PDF>Convert Image to PDF.
