Unable to Connect to Service Host Manager

  I am trying to access my decisions url and I keep getting this error: [img]att1[/img]

  How do I resolve this?

  It looks like Service Host Manager is not running. Open the services application in windows and find "Service Host Manager." If Its off click start to run the service and then navigate to your decisions login url [img]att1[/img]
