Template Has Been Modified Validation Warning

Hello,
After making changes to a flow that Ive created a template from, Im getting the following warning message in all flows created from the template. Will this cause any issues? Should I be worried about this?
Warning Message:
"The Template from which this Flow was created has been modified. Please review for updates/changes"

This warning should not have an effect on the operation of your copied flows. This message is just to alert the user that a change has occurred in the template source flow.
