Scrollable Comments Area in View-Only
Comments

Hello,
To make sure I’m using this feature the intended way- there’s a comments rich text area. We want to show those comments but be able to scroll if disabled for view-only. To accomplish this I have a vertical stack with both the text area and the display area, and use a visibility rule to check if form is disabled and if so then only show the rich text display area? Or is there another way to use this. The rich text display doesn’t appear to let anyone actually type text in it, it would just show a data name of some other existing data?

Okay Peanut, Ive attached an example on how to do this.
For this example, I placed a rich text box and a rich text display onto a grid in a vertical stack. I used a sub dialog button to toggle a hidden checkbox. Two visibility rules are triggered when the checkbox value is changed and depending on how the rules resolve, depends on if the box or display is visible.
Howdy, Stranger!
