Flow Errors Out When Importing Excel File

When using the Import Excel feature on my flow to bring the data into arrays, the flow errors out but wont give a specific error. All the flow is as of now is just a create or copy step, an excel import step, another create or copy to store the imported data, and then a close step. Thanks
