Encryption can be set at the column level natively in Decisions using the data structure designer, there is a checkbox for "Encrypt Data". Here is a screenshot showing the checkbox appearing after Ive selected a data member in a data structure. Ive also included an article highlighting a little bit more about the encryption key and where they are stored.
