Dynamically change assignment email system-wide

Hi,
I want to create an email template for assignment notifications, but I want the default subject/body to change dynamically based on certain data (in this case, I would like the email to include the words "Production" or "Development" depending on the machine).I could just change the email body in the assignment step, but I already have a lot of these steps in various places and changing all of them would be cumbersome at this point.
I could also possibly create email templates for each instance, but whenever a developer starts their local instance they would need to remember to switch to the correct email template.

Yes, there is a way to accomplish exactly this.\r\n\r\nIf you navigate to [b]System [/b]> [b]Administration [/b]> [b]Notifications [/b]> [b]Notification Flows [/b]you can click the[b] Add Processing Flow[/b] action. \r\nThis action adds a flow to this folder with a special flow behavior. The output of this flow is an object of type \"NotificationMessage\
