    Hello,

    Is there a way that the I can do a validation rule to a checkbox list such that the user can only select one item in cblist and whenever a user selects more than one items, error message will show and user won’t be allowed to exist the form?

    Hi,

    In this case, the only option would be to use separate checkbox components on the form and then create a Validation Rule to force the user to select only one option. I just created a basic example and attached to this email. Please import and check the attached project and screenshots.
