When I go to my Inbox I get the following error:
System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[DecisionsFramework.ServiceLayer.Utilities.FrameworkFault]: could not read object (Fault Detail is equal to DecisionsFramework.ServiceLayer.Utilities.FrameworkFault).
I have tried to Delete the assignments, but that triggers this same error to come up again? Is there a way to clear these from the DB side?

These assignments are stored in the entity_assignment table in the database. If this is dev, you can just clear this table out. If not you can find these by their entity_name in the entity_assignment table.
