I am having troubles while trying to install on Windows 10 Home operating system. Do you have any recommendations or is there any known issue?

Hello,
We do not recommend installation Decisions on Windows Home 10. Windows Home by default allows just 2 concurrent connections to IIS and the user will experience significantly bad portal performance.
For Testing, the minimum recommended version is Windows 10 Pro.
