Login flow help - trying to show form upon login

Hi,
I set up a flow for users to fill out a form when they log in and placed that flow under the portal settings but for some unknown reason it does not run the flow when a user logs in. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
At the moment, a form will not automatically appear once a user logs in. However, you can assign the form to the user logging in. In this case, they will receive a popup notification and this will appear on their My Task list. From there, they will be able to fill out the form. If needed, you can also set an warning or expiration dates in the case it is not filled out after a certain period of time.
