  Im following the set-up steps in the documentation, but Im stuck on this one:

  https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/multi-tenant-prototype

  I get the error "There are no running instances for this user".

  If you are getting this error it means that the Pro10totype Instance is not running. Go to Hosting/Customers/ContractDefaultSetupPrototype and right click the tenant and select Control Instance/Start
