1) Youll want to open settings.xml (on Notepad) on this Decisions App Server as an Windows administrator. This file is located: C:ProgramFilesDecisionsDecisions Services Manager
2) After opening, please locate the LoginPageAllowedIPs tag and add in the machines IPv6Address or IPc4Address in this field. (If this tag is not in this file, you will need to add this in.)

3) Open the hosts file C:WindowsSystem32driversetc.
4) Add a reference at the bottom of the file to resolve localhost to the same IP you set for the LoginPageAllowedIPs, then save and close.
5) Afterwards, please restart Service Host Manager from Windows Services.

Alternatively, you can run the Decisions installer on your App Server and select Edit Settings. Here, youll locate LoginPageAllowedIPs and add in the machines IPv6Address or IPc4Address. Save and restart the instance once youre done.
