If you are referring to system validations, those are not flows that can be used as they are integrated into our core code.

However, to create a flow that warns users of system issues, we have examples you can view in System > Designers > Catalog > System Defaults > System Dashboard > Sys Dash Input Flow System Stats. As this is a special behavior type (Diagram Tile Input Flow), we dont recommend using this as a subflow in your process, but it should include the steps you need to retrieve information from your system and show them in a popup.
