Customising Flow Builder

You can create rules to govern your available form components in the following location:
System > Designers > Toolbox Customization > Element Rules

When you create rules here, it will filter out anything not defined for you. Ill provide an screenshot example in which a particular user only has access to ~5 components. You can use a similar rule with just a few tweaks to act for an initiating users accounts and set a rule for an entire subset of your users instead of setting them individually.
