Form doesn't load in Internet Explorer

Just a few clarifying questions:

What version of IE is the default that these individuals are using?
What version of Decisions is this? (It can be found from the About section in the top-right dropdown on the Studio portal)
Could you export the form element to us so that we can check it on our end? It could potentially be a form component that IE is having trouble registering.
Have you tried running the flow in IE using debugging or normal runs to see if it works using traditional methods?
