Visibility Rule Conflict?

I believe I have found the hang-up in the logic.

So Im following the flow you outlined in the first email.
Where Picked Up Prescription = Yes and Taking as Prescribed = No --> Barrier and Medical Adherence are visible then
Where Picked Up Prescription = Yes and Taking as Prescribed = Yes --> Taking Start Date, Current Dosage, Next Refill Due and Getting in the War of Taking(?) are visible.

In the Apply to Controls properties for the Show Remainder" Visibility Rule
