workflow catalog items

They need permissions to the workflow catalog folder.
Go to system/applications/workflow catalog

Then right click on the folder and do manage > manage Permissions to add the appropriate permissions for this user/group. They need can use on the actual designer items folder and on the workflow catalog items folder.
